The machine utilizes an AC servo motor & driver to drive the precision ball screw through the decelerating system. It also makes use of a full digital controller as the control system core controlling software & data processing via a Windows operating system, thus ensuring a wide array of testing speeds are available to perform tensile, compression, bending, and flexural tests for metal and non-metal materials in a process that is both stable and efficient with very little noise. Thanks to the use of international advanced control technology, this test machine will achieve a constant velocity deformation, displacement, and test force control.
Test parameters are set using the computer, which automatically controls the test process, carries out data acquisition, processing, analysis and display (test data for materials includes the upper and lower yield points, tensile strength, fracture strength, elastic modulus, and Elongation, δ0.2). Tests are controlled in a precise, accurate manner.
Equipped with advanced standards that meets both national and user-provided standards, this equipment will process the test data, as well as output or print the required test curves or test reports. It is specially designed for the user to choose the test curves for stress-strain, loading-time, loading-displacement, displacement-time or deformation-time and display, enlarge, compare, or monitor the testing process.
Beam movement is easily adjustable to be faster or slower when clamped onto specimens, and the switch is easily operated.
The testing machine features a limit, overload, and overcurrent protection in any working position, ensuring it is both reliable and safe.
With a self-built test database, test data can be saved, queried and recalled at any time.
